Cons: cured my insomnia, no back pain, no muscle spasms
"My husband and I have been on Mg SR for almost one month now. We are so impressed with this product that it will be our third order. Personally, I have never been helped so much by anything that I can remember. In our second order a couple of weeks ago, we gave our 24-year-old daughter a large portion of it to see if it would help her with her permanent back injuries that she suffers from daily. So far she's had some improvements in her sleep, more relaxed back muscles, along with improvements in her metabolism. She told me a couple of days ago that she knew that she must have gained a ton of weight because after she started the magnesium, she was eating like crazy. But she weighed and she's actually lost some weight.
I was thinking back on when I was a young girl and remember how I had this boundless energy all day long and would sleep good at nighttime, then wake up refreshed every morning. Well, since about 1996, 1997, I have suffered from insomnia and found nothing that helped me long-term. Lack of sleep was affecting me so that I would be irritable during the day, it was draining my energy levels and seriously affecting my health. For the first time I am seeing improvement since I started this particular magnesium. The brand of magnesium that I was trying before this product didn't help me. I would say my insomnia is about gone now. I feel almost like that young girl again with energy and able to sleep at night. It sure makes a difference in how you view life.
And it's not all about me. My husband was out working on our mower yesterday in a bent-over position for a long period of time trying to pull on a part that he needed to get out. Last night he said that he was somewhat sore, his back was a little sore and some muscles were a little sore. But this morning he woke up and no more soreness. Normally, he wouldn't have been able to do that type of work. If he had tried, his back would be out today. He even stated to me that his muscles felt hard today like he had been working out. He said, "Someone needs to shout this from the rooftops about this magnesium we're taking!"
Another thing we have both noticed is that we are no longer snoring, so therefore, we are sleeping better and more rested. I didn't realize that we would get this benefit from taking the Mg SR. Also, my husband has had a skin problem all his lifetime as long as he can remember back. Things irritate his skin: grass, water, even his own sweat, and caused him to itch a lot. We never could figure that out why he would do this. This has now stopped. For the first time in his life, and he's 55, he no longer itches. It has to be the magnesium.
I sure hope that everyone has many health improvements from using this product. I'm still very excited about it as well as my husband, so excited that we decided to order the large bottle this time.

"I have had a torn deltoid muscle injury and have been informed by medical sources and through reading that an increased amount of magnesium in my diet could aid in the healing and strength of the shoulder muscle. I've tried a number of other brands and forms of magnesium, including tablets and a skin absorbable form over an 8 week period and have noticed no effects. I began taking Magnesium w/SRT and noticed effects with a week. I've also experienced a general increase in energy level which I attribute to the Magnesium. I've taken the vitamin pack at the same time and some of he benefits could be partially attributable to the vitamin pack."

"At age 73 I had never taken a regular nutritional supplement. I told a good friend that I was having a "charley horse". She gave me a bottle of Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT. No more problems. Recently I got a massive bruise to my thigh. I doubled my dose of Magnesium and added vitamin C. The bruise went away much faster than the doctor predicted. "I have fibromyalgia and most new info states we need magnesium; most (magnesium citirate) casuses diarreha. This product does not, in addition, magnesium is needed for other illnesses and by our body. Since I have taken it my once split fingernails have grown strong! Tho my fibro pains (have fibro since age 18; now 59) are not alot better; I will keep seeking supplements to help it. I have taken this product about 3-4 months."

Pros: No "diarrhea effect" Cons: It's a lot of pills to take!
"I have developed a very rare neuromuscular disease that causes muscle spasticity. This means that my muscles stay somewhat contracted, because the nerves don't send the message to relax quickly enough. Over time, this produces tightness and rigidity in my muscles. I don't do well with any prescription muscle relaxers that I've tried. They tend to make me very spacey and sleepy. My neurologist suggested I take large amounts of magnesium on a daily basis and specifically recommended Jigsaw SRT Magnesium. I've used this product for about 5 months, and just placed an order for more! So far, I can tell a very significant difference in muscle tone on any day I may forget to take my magnesium. And the biggest advantage to taking Jigsaw SRT Magnesium, is that even though I've worked up to taking twice the amount of magnesium each day as I took when I was using other brands, I never have that nasty "diarrhea effect" that other formulas have caused in the past. Jigsaw SRT Magnesium has been very gentle on my digestive system and very effective for my muscle symptoms!"

Pros: The many great "side effects" of this product Cons: I always forget to order before I run out!
"Started using about 2 years ago at same time I began a couple other supplements. While taking it, my nails strengthened, my hair was "hardier", (my hair dresser term) and was growing faster than usual. Not being familiar with magnesium sups, I attributed the changes to the other supplements. Then I ran out of it! I'd had to replace my computer and in doing so lost my reorder info so began using a drug store brand. After a couple months it was clear that it had been the Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT making the differences I mentioned. When I finally tracked it down and began taking it again it was amazing to watch the changes - you could see the dramatic improvement in my fingernails as they grew, a distinctive ridge formed as the new nail grew out from the cuticle. It is fabulous! Love both Elvis & The Beatles... Trick question?"

"My father seemed to be in good health but was fatigued and listless. "I began supplementing with the "Magnesium w/ SRT" om Tues., 04-22-2009. By Thurs., 04-24-2009, my Carpal-Tunnel distress was M-I-A! By Sun., 04-26-2009 (today), I awoke from a restful, sound sleep of over 7 hrs., with total all-over body pain relief!! Woo-Hoo! "I started using the Magnesium SRT about 1 week ago after hearing a radio spot about it a few weeks before. I have suffered for a long time with general muscle tension, cramping, and aches. It seems to have gotten worse within the last couple of years and I wasn't sure why. I am a health conscious adult and have tried many different vitamin products and supplements; even other magnesium products without much success. I was skeptical about this product, but was intrigued by the advertisement and the claim of it being different from other magnesium supplements. I had to give it a try as I really had no desire to rely on modern medicine to help me out. Needless to say I experienced immediate results. Within the first couple of days I noticed decrease muscle tension, more energy, and a decrease in anxiety. And no diarrhea!!!! "I started using Magnesium w/SRT about 3 years ago. I had heard commercials for it on the radio for quite some time, and finally decided to try it. I expected only to feel better in general as a result of taking the Magnesium.
After a couple of months taking it faithfully, I started to notice my allergy symptoms were not as severe. Now, my symptoms are almost completely gone. Additionally, I have not had a cold or flu since I started taking it. I did not expect these results. I have recommended Jigsaw magnesium to other allergy sufferers and they have experienced the same lessening of symptom severity."

"This product is absolutely amazing. I have always been physically active so I deal with muscle fatigue from lifting weights or other exercise. Lately though I started becoming severely fatigued and I never seem to get enough recovery time between workouts. I thought it was a lack of protein, carbs, etc ... but I heard good things about this product. The price is very reasonable and if it did what they claim they can charge twice as much and it would be well worth it. By the second day the fatigue was almost gone. 24 hours later my body felt 100% better. No joke. I would not toss and turn at night due to fatigue so now I sleep better and continue to do so. All I have to say is Jigsaw's claim of what this product does is true and that is litterally unheard of. If you have symptoms this product claims to alleviate you must try it."
