Pros: Helped my fatigue, headaches, and candida symptoms
Cons: Causes minor abdominal cramping
"I've had chronic candida for a long time, unbeknownst to me... In reading about candida, I learned that caprylic acid can kill off the yeast in the abdominal tract. When I stumbled on this product here on Jigsaw, I just knew I had to try it out.
I've used this product for about a month now, and I'm really impressed. It comes in a large bottle, and the tablets are hard, white, and a little larger than most supplements. They are designed to be delayed release, so that the caprylic acid gets to the right place at the right time.
I've been taking it for about a month now, and this is one supplement that I can really tell a difference. When taking it I've noticed small pinching cramps in my abdomen. And I did notice the tell-tell clumps of candida yeast in my waste.
I was so pleased with my results, that I passed along some of the tablets to my mother to try out, and she said she also noticed the cramping, and she was thrilled with how much better she has been feeling.
All, in all, I call this an excellent product. Reasonably priced, and quickly shipped. Thanks!"
