"I just puchased my 3rd - 128oz bucket of the fermented coconut oil. It is really conveinent to decant it into a smaller bottle. I like to use hot water to soften it into a pourable state. It is also easy to keep on top of a heat producing appliance (refrigerator or freezer) to keep it pourable. It tastes better than any other brand and is also better the the centrifuge oil. I like to vary the taste buy consuming in different temperature states. It tastes different as an oil, as opposed to a solid. I find it helps control my sensitive skin rashes and my GERD."

"I bought the organic coconut oil to add more healthy fats to my diet. I live in a cold place so it's never liquid to take by the spoonful. I found a great way to eat it though - on warm toast with honey! It melts like butter and tastes even better.
I highly recommend this product. It lasts a long time so it's a good deal even though it's expensive. I've used it for a few months and the main thing I've noticed is that I definitely feel hungrier durring the day when I eat it in the morning for breakfast. I think that shows it is speeding up my metabolism which is good!"
