Pros: Simple product, easy to take

"When I first got Jigsaw mag + calcium, I had a timely opportunity to really test the effectiveness of this product.

The day it arrived, I noticed that because of some work I had done, I had developed a muscle spasm and pain in my back.

That evening I took my first dose of jigsaw, and the next day the spasm was gone. Usually it takes massages, and other methods to get the muscle relaxed. Having done nothing else that I normally do, I know the jigsaw m+c helped. Thanks for a great product that works!"

"Jigsaw Health's Magnesium-Calcium Packets is an awesome product. Only 4 caps per day in convenient morning and evening packets give you the full RDA of magnesium and calcium in the most highly absorbable forms. Often, people take too much Calcium and not enough Magnesium. Calcium can only be absorbed as long as you have enough Magnesium. Magnesium is usually the one we are truly deficient in and affects most people with chronic conditions"
