"These bars are really great tasting! I couldn't believe it when I got them. The pricing is kind of high, but the buy one get one free helps out with that for now. The bars out on the market don't compete with the taste in my opinion. So maybe they are worth more money. I hope they come out with some other flavors. I'd love to try some different ones. But these two flavors are really good on their own. Great job!!"

"I really didn't care for either one of the saample bars I tried. I shared them with a friend of mine who (like me) takes coconut oil regularly. Neither one of us liked the Coconut bar. His comment was that "It would be good to keep on hand for an emergency situation and you had nothing else to eat. With the added nutrients, at least you would get some nutrition." I like the Chocolate bar a slight bit more. Both bars tasted gritty and were not enjoyable. Neither one of us would consider purchasing these bars."

"I received the samples by mail, which surprised me. What surprised me even more were the ingredients. I've never used "health bars" as the ones I've looked at in the past never seemed very healthy. They usually contained sugars, soy, and other ingredients I prefer to avoid. The JigsawBars contain none of these, and I was very impressed to say the least. Upon tasting them, my favorite was the chocolate. The coconut was OK, but in my opinion it smelled much better than it tasted...coconut wise. I was so impressed overall, that I considered purchasing some. I thought they would be great to add to my healthy diet. I was disappointed to find the cost to be higher than what I expected. Though I won't be able to make them a regular part of my diet due to cost, I remain very impressed with the product as a whole."

"I received my free bars and ate one right after opening the carton out of the mailbox (happened to be be really hungry after working outside). I agree with the reviewer that felt they tasted "better" when at a cool temperature, I carried the chocolate bar in my purse and liked the consistency and chewability better when cool. Very satisfying, relieved my hunger. I would definitely buy again since 1) low in calories 2) filled me up 3) healthy 4) tasted good and 5) portable. I liked the coconut-almond slightly better. "I have tried both types of Jigsaw bars, and I like both, especially the Coconut Almond. When I started school in January, I took the bars with me, and I eat one every day for breakfast or a snack. They are very convenient becasue I can eat one as I walk to class. I have come to really enjoy the taste, and I like that they are both filling and healthy. "I opened a small box that came in the mail two days ago and it contained two Jigsaw bars! "I've read a lot of research that indicates a mid-morning and mid afternoon snack not only helps maintain energy levels throughout the day, but also can help with weight loss or weight maintenance. (I think mostly because you're less hungry at regular meal times and tend to not overeat as much).

"Both the chocolate and coconut bars taste fantastic. I give a slight edge to the coconut bar. Both have a great texture and no bad aftertaste.
They are also filling without overloading you with calories. By way of background, I have regular used Powerbars and Clif Bars. But the new Jigsaw bars are better than both.
The only recommendation I have is to launch another bar with more protein (this has 12 grams), assuming you can make it taste as good!"

"I am a much bigger fan of dark chocolate and cocoa than overly sweet milk chocolate anyday so I was sooooo happy with the chocolate bar! Both myself and daughter (4 1/2) are very sensitive to blood sugar changes but finding a bar we both like? I guess we did. When they were delivered they were super cold from the weather outside and the texture was perfect! Today we had more at room temp and though they are still good warm we love them cold now, so ours are all in the fridge! My daughter is very sensitive to soy, lactose and sugar and picky to boot when it comes to a snack. To be able to give her something so delicious and nutritious is an answer from heaven :) If a 4 1/2 year old loves it, it's pretty darned good !
